Booking Terms
Deposit
When confirming a booking, a deposit of 5% of the total cost will be charged. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of your stay :)
The 5% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Our cancellation policy appears on every page of our website except the booking page. You can find it at the

Providing credit card details via phone, email, or website constitutes agreement to our offer terms. Please review them carefully.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in Sunday–Friday: 15:00 | Check-out: 11:00
On Saturday: Check-in at 16:00 (early check-in depends on cabin readiness and can only be confirmed on the day of arrival – you may contact our operations team on the day of arrival at the number below).
About 30 minutes before arriving at Tzukim, please call the operations team at 052-4260320.
Any changes to check-in times must be approved in advance with the operations team.
Guests must arrive and check into the site by 21:00. If arrival is expected later, please coordinate in advance.
Arrival is at the Midbara parking lot (search 'Midbara' on Waze). Upon entry and exit, our team will transport guests and luggage to the cabins by electric cart.
Management is not responsible for theft, break-ins, or damage to vehicles in the parking area.
Parking next to cabins is allowed only for Mor, Levona, and Holit cabins.
Payment
A 5% handling fee (deposit) will be charged at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your card. The remaining balance is due upon departure.
The deposit is non-refundable even if canceled 14 days in advance.

Midbara reserves the right, in rare or technical cases, to reassign guests to a different cabin after notifying them by email.
Cancellation Policy
For individual cabin bookings:

Cancellation is free of charge until 14 days before arrival (not including the arrival day), by 23:59. The deposit, however, is non-refundable.
Cancellations 5–13 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge per night per cabin.
Cancellations made 4 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.
For up to 3 cabins per booking, charges apply per cabin.
Substitutions:
You may independently find replacement guests at no cost. Please email midbara12@gmail.com with full details of the replacement:
Full name, phone, email, and guest composition.
You may request help from the Midbara team to find replacements by emailing us. A 400 NIS cancellation fee will apply. If replacements are found, no additional charges will apply.
If not, the guest will be charged according to the cancellation policy (no extra 400 NIS will be added).
Note: Midbara does not guarantee replacements and will assist only when possible.

Warnings
Midbara is located in the heart of the Arava Desert.
Scorpions, snakes, and various rodents may be present in their natural habitat.
Wear shoes outside at night and be cautious, as in any desert stay. Do not move rocks with your hands.
Sandfly Alert (May–October):
Active during twilight and nighttime. Use mosquito repellent, wear long sleeves and pants outside, and keep doors closed. Use fans.
When going into the desert:
Bring enough water and a hat.
Stick to designated paths within the Midbara site.
Do not pet the animals in the petting zoo.
Group Bookings
Booking more than 3 cabins is considered a group booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival.
A 30% deposit will be charged one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees for group bookings:
29–15 days before arrival: 30% of total reservation
14–4 days before arrival: 50% of total reservation
Less than 4 days: 100% of total reservation
Note: The cancellation terms for the Midbar House differ from those of standard cabins.

Breakfast & Dinner Menu for Cabins
Please note: Meals must be ordered at least 5 days prior to arrival.
Orders should be sent to: midbara12@gmail.com
Meals are not included in the stay and are available for an extra charge.
For dinner, please specify the chosen dish for each guest.
Let us know if you require a vegan option (can also be split).
Orders are only confirmed after receiving a reply from us by email.

Pets
Guests are welcome to bring dogs under owner supervision. Please maintain cleanliness and cabin condition.
Note: Other dogs may be present on-site, and cabins are not fenced.
Please notify us via email in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Bring a water bowl and leash.
Absolutely no flying of drones over the site or the village of Tzukim.
